Abstract
Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan individu terhadap pekerjaan mereka dan berbagai aspek yang berbeda dari pekerjaan mereka. Aspek umum seperti kompensasi atau gaji, hal-hal yang dilakukan di pekerjaan, rekan kerja, peluang promosi dan supervisi atau pengawasan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah efikasi diri. Efikasi diri merupakan suatu keyakinan yang dimiliki seseorang mengenai kemampuan yang orang tersebut miliki ataupun seberapa mampu dirinya berfungsi dengan baik dalam situasi tertentu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan perusahaan X di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian regresi linear sederhana terhadap 41 partisipan karyawan perusahaan X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah General Self-Efficacy (GSE) untuk mengukur variabel efikasi diri dan Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) untuk mengukur variabel kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memberi pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 11.2% terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan perusahaan X di Tangerang./Job satisfaction is individuals feeling about their job and the different aspects of their job. General aspects such as compensation or salary, things done on the job, coworkers, promotion opportunities and supervision or supervision. One of the factors that influences job satisfaction is self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a belief that a person has regarding the person's abilities or how capable he is of functioning well in a particular situation. This research aims to see whether there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of company X employees in Tangerang. This research was conducted quantitatively with a simple linear regression research design on 41 participants, employees of Company . The results of this research found that self-efficacy can have a significant influence of 11.2% on job satisfaction among employees at Company X in Tangerang.
