Abstract
Peningkatan partisipasi ibu bekerja di Indonesia mencerminkan perubahan dalam struktur tenaga kerja akibat perkembangan industri. Ibu bekerja umumnya menjalankan dua peran, yaitu sebagai anggota keluarga dan sebagai pekerja. Ketika tuntutan dari keluarga mengganggu pemenuhan tugas dalam pekerjaan, atau sebaliknya, maka akan menyebabkan terjadinya konflik antar peran yang disebut work to family conflict dan family to work conflict. Konflik ini berdampak pada penurunan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu bekerja. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan kemampuan untuk menyeimbangkan kedua peran melalui work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work to family conflict dan family to work conflict terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu bekerja, dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel moderator. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas 411 Ibu bekerja di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan tiga skala ukur, yaitu Work and Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS), Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS), dan Work-Life Balance Scale. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji model moderasional melalui program IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance mampu memoderasi pengaruh work to family conflict terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, tetapi tidak memoderasi pengaruh family to work conflict terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu bekerja./The increase in the participation of working mom in Indonesia reflects changes in the structure of the workforce due to industrial development. Working mom generally perform two roles, as family members and as employees. When demands from the family interfere with the fulfillment of tasks at work, or vice versa, it leads to role conflict known as work to family conflict and family to work conflict. This conflict negatively impacts the psychological well-being of working mom. To address this issue, the ability to balance both roles through work-life balance is necessary. This research aims to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and family to work conflict on the psychological well-beingof working mom, with work-life balance as a moderating variable. The research participants consist of 411 working mom in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with three measurement scales: Work and Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS), Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS), and Work-Life Balance Scale. Data analysis was conducted using a moderational model test through the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study indicate that work-life balance can moderate the influence of work to family conflict on psychological well-being, but it does not moderate the influence of family to work conflict on psychological well-being of working mom.
