Abstract
Pada era digital 5.0, teknologi terus berkembang dengan pesat, membuat penggunaan media digital semakin penting. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam konteks pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia. Pengelolaan sampah secara digital, termasuk pemanfaatan sistem informasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sistem penjadwalan pengambilan sampah dengan pengumpulan poin untuk mendukung penerapan gaya hidup zero waste.
Sistem informasi pengelolaan sampah Padu E-Trash dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi Agile Development dengan metode Scrum. Untuk pemodelan sistem, digunakan notasi UML yang meliputi use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, dan table relationship diagram. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan fokus pada dua fitur utama: pengumpulan poin dan penjadwalan pengambilan sampah.
Pada fitur pengumpulan poin, sistem memberikan penghargaan kepada pengguna berdasarkan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan pengumpulan sampah. Sedangkan pada fitur penjadwalan pengambilan sampah, digunakan algoritma Greedy untuk mengoptimalkan pembagian tugas antara Person In Charge (PIC), sehingga pengambilan sampah dapat dilakukan secara efisien dengan mempertimbangkan jarak dan sumber daya yang ada. Untuk menghitung jarak antara lokasi pengambilan sampah, digunakan Haversine Formula yang dapat menghitung jarak antara dua titik koordinat geografis (lintang dan bujur) dengan akurat, yang memungkinkan sistem untuk memilih rute terbaik bagi PIC dalam melakukan pengambilan sampah.
Hasil dari tugas akhir ini yang berupa sistem pengumpulan poin dan penjadwalan pengambilan sampah, diharapkan dapat membantu admin dalam pengelolaan data dan mengatur penjadwalan serta membantu warga untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan sampah. Sistem akan diuji menggunakan metode black box testing. / In the Digital 5.0 era, technology continues to develop rapidly, making the use of digital media increasingly important. This also applies to waste management in Indonesia. Digital waste management, including the utilization of information systems, is expected to raise awareness among the residents of Kelapa Dua Tangerang Subdistrict. This system employs a waste collection scheduling system with point accumulation to support the implementation of a zero-waste lifestyle.
The waste management information system, Padu E-Trash, is developed using the Agile Development methodology with the Scrum method. For system modeling, UML notation is used, including use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and table relationship diagrams. The system is developed using the PHP programming language, focusing on two main features: point accumulation and waste collection scheduling.
In the point accumulation feature, the system rewards users based on their participation in waste collection activities. Meanwhile, for the waste collection scheduling feature, the Greedy algorithm is used to optimize task distribution among Persons In Charge (PICs), ensuring efficient waste collection by considering distance and available resources. To calculate the distance between waste collection locations, the Haversine Formula is used, which accurately computes the distance between two geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude), allowing the system to determine the best route for PICs to collect waste.
The final outcome of this research, in the form of a point accumulation and waste collection scheduling system, is expected to assist administrators in managing data and scheduling while encouraging residents to participate in waste management. The system will be tested using the black-box testing method.
