Abstract

JNE experienced a decline in customer satisfaction that can be seen from the top brand delivery service via courier this was suspected due to service quality, brand image, and application design. The aim od this research is to analyze whether service quality, brand image, and application design have partial and simultaneous significantly influence customer satisfaction of JNE in Medan. Service quality, brand image, and application design have an important role in shaping customer satisfaction. Service quality, brand image, and application design are highly connected with customer satisfaction and profit. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The sample size was 100 respondents. This research also passed the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis test showed that service quality, brand image, and application design have an influence on customer satisfaction of JNE in Medan either partial or simultaneous. Furthermore, service quality, brand image, and application design have 62% influence on customer satisfaction. Recommendations for company include needs to improve various information on cash on delivery (COD), digital payment, and friendly logistics to improve service products to customers, improve the quality of satisfying services so that the reputation can be maintained properly and needs to innovate various menus that have the benefit of convenience so that the application capacity is not too large./ JNE mengalami penurunan kepuasan pelanggan yang dapat dilihat dari top brand jasa pengiriman barang melalui kurir hal ini diduga karena kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kualitas pelayanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan JNE di Medan. Kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi sangat berhubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan dan keuntungan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan IBM SPSS statistik versi 26. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini juga telah melewati uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan JNE di Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Selanjutnya, kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan desain aplikasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 62% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan antara lain perlu meningkatkan berbagai informasi mengenai cash on delivery (COD), pembayaran digital, dan logistik yang ramah untuk meningkatkan produk layanan kepada pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang memuaskan agar reputasi dapat terjaga dengan baik dan perlu melakukan inovasi berbagai menu yang memiliki manfaat kemudahan agar kapasitas aplikasi tidak terlalu besar
