Abstract
DC Interior is an interior design company focused on providing design and construction services since 2016. The company combines creativity and technical expertise to deliver professional design solutions, from the design phase, planning, to implementation on-site. In managing projects, DC Interior implements the Fast-Moving System, which consists of four main aspects: Communication, Technology, Foundation, and Mobility. This system aims to improve work efficiency, streamline communication among stakeholders, ensure the project stays on schedule, and effectively control costs to ensure optimal budget use throughout the project. This research will focus on the design and construction project of the PIK2 Clinic in North Jakarta, which start from May 2024 to March 2025. Using an ethnographic research approach and participatory observation techniques, the researcher will be directly involved in the entire design and construction process of the project. Through an intrinsic case study method, the researcher will explore the impact of the implementation of both DC Interior strategies on the project's progress, focusing on time efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The results of this study are expected to provide insights into the role of the strategies implemented by DC Interior in optimizing project management, as well as identifying the challenges that may arise during the design and construction processes.
