Abstract

Perluasan kawasan kota yang terjadi secara masif memberi dampak negatif bagi ekologis, mendorong usaha kompensasi ekologis. Melalui area tidak terpakai ditengah pengembangan kota secara vertikal, fasad hijau diintegrasikan pada hunian vertikal. Parameter keberhasilan kompensasi (parameter ekologis) yang ditawarkan oleh fasad hijau distudi memanfaatkan integrasi perangkat parametrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui parameter yang tepat dalam perancangan fasad hijau, penerapan parameter ekologis pada hunian vertikal dan dampak dari implementasi perangkat parametrik pada fasad hijau di hunian vertikal terhadap ekologis. Kebijakan kompensasi ekologis dari beberapa negara menyertakan bagaimana usaha kompensasi itu dapat diukur. Kebijakan Green Plot Ratio (GnPR) dari Singapura sebagai metrik ekologis menjadi parameter ekologis dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan perangkat parametrik dalam pengaturan orientasi, pola, kombinasi hingga pemenuhan angka metrik ekologis yang disajikan melalui fasad hijau. Penelitian pada studi kasus Rusun ASN 3 di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) distudi melalui tiga metode; studi literatur, eksplorasi parametrik, dan pembuatan prototipe. Melalui matriks ekologis, pengadaan fasad hijau sebagai kompensasi ekologis dengan fokus terhadap Tower 2 Rusun ASN 3 IKN dilakukan dengan mengadakan vegetasi pada elemen-elemen bangunan. Eksplorasi elemen pada bangunan studi kasus menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa integrasi parametrik melalui potensinya untuk menghasilkan, menganalisa, dan memilih iterasi desain pada fasad hijau dapat ditawarkan sebagai solusi kompensasi ekologis ditengah perluasan kawasan kota yang masif. Elemen bangunan dengan fasad sebagai elemen utama dari tower Rusun ASN 3 IKN yang diberi vegetasi menunjukkan bahwa bangunan dengan jejak bangunan ±6000 m² pada lahan sebesar 43.000 m² dapat memberi manfaat bagi lingkungan setara dengan vegetasi yang ditanam pada lahan seluas 130.182,5 m² (GnPR ~303%). / The rapid expansion of urban areas has brought significant negative impacts on the environment, prompting the need for ecological compensation efforts. Through the utilization of unused vertical spaces in urban developments, green facades are integrated into vertical housing as a form of ecological compensation. This study explores ecological performance parameters offered by green facades using parametric tools. The research aims to identify appropriate parameters for green facade design, evaluate the application of ecological metrics in vertical housing, and assess the ecological impact of implementing parametric tools in green facades. Several international ecological compensation policies outline measurable approaches to compensation. Among them, Singapore's Green Plot Ratio (GnPR), an ecological metric from the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s LUSH 3.0 policy, is adopted as the main parameter in this research. The study utilizes parametric tools to optimize orientation, pattern, and combination of elements to achieve ecological metric targets through green facades. The case study of ASN 3 Apartment Tower in Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) is examined using three methods: literature review, parametric exploration, and prototyping. The resulting matrix guides the ecological compensation strategy for Tower 2 of the ASN 3 complex through vegetation integration into architectural elements. The design exploration concludes that parametric integration—through its ability to generate, analyze, and select design iterations—can serve as a potential solution for ecological compensation amid urban expansion. The building element emphasized in this study is the facade, which, when vegetated, demonstrates that a tower with a ±6,000 m² building footprint on a 43,000 m² site can offer ecological benefits equivalent to vegetation planted on 130,182.5 m² of land (GnPR ~303%).
