Abstract

Kesiapan belajar blended learning berperan penting untuk keberhasilan proses belajar. Kesiapan ini menuntut mahasiswa untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan agar dapat belajar mandiri dan fleksibel. Efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan tahun akademik pertama juga berpengaruh pada kemampuan mereka menghadapi tantangan belajar blended learning. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat efikasi diri yang tinggi lebih mampu beradaptasi dan berhasil dalam proses pembelajaran ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kesiapan belajar blended learning dengan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa keperawatan tahun akademik pertama. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan tahun akademik pertama di salah satu universitas swasta Indonesia bagian barat yang berjumlah 540 mahasiswa dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan hasil sampel 118 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh Sriwichai pada tahun 2020 untuk mengukur kesiapan belajar Blended Learning dan kuesioner General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk menilai efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan tahun akademik pertama. Kuesioner menggunakan likert scale dengan penilaian 4 sangat setuju (SS), 3 setuju (S), 2 tidak setuju (TS), 1 sangat tidak setuju (STS). Analisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Maret-April 2025. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 50,8% responden memiliki kesiapan belajar yang kurang dan sebanyak 58,5% responden menunjukkan efikasi diri rendah. Uji chi-square di dapati p value 0,000 yang berarti ada hubungan kesiapan belajar blended learning dengan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa keperawatan tahun akademik pertama. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas jumlah sampel dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan saat ini. / Blended learning readiness plays an important role in the success of the learning process. This readiness requires students to have the knowledge and skills to be able to learn independently and flexibly. The self-efficacy of first-year nursing students also affects their ability to face the challenges of blended learning. Students with a high level of self-efficacy are more able to adapt and succeed in this learning process. This study aims to determine the relationship between blended learning readiness and self-efficacy in first-year nursing students. This research design used correlational quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The population of this study were nursing students in the first academic year at one of the private universities in western Indonesia, totaling 540 students selected by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 118 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire developed by Sriwichai in 2020 to measure readiness to learn Blended Learning and the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) questionnaire to assess the self-efficacy of first year nursing students. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with an assessment of 4 strongly agree (SS), 3 agree (S), 2 disagree (TS), 1 strongly disagree (STS). Analysis using chi-square test. This research was conducted in March-April 2025. The results showed that as many as 50.8% of respondents had poor learning readiness and as many as 58.5% of respondents showed low self-efficacy. The chi-square test found a p value of 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between blended learning readiness and self-efficacy in first year nursing students. For future researchers it is recommended to expand the number of samples from the research that has been done at this time.
