Abstract
Lingkungan pembelajaran klinis merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan
keperawatan karena memungkinkan mahasiswa menerapkan teori ke dalam
praktik langsung. Namun, hasil survei awal terhadap 14 mahasiswa profesi
keperawatan menunjukkan masih ada yang belum siap kerja meskipun berada
dalam lingkungan yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui
hubungan antara lingkungan pembelajaran klinis dengan kesiapan kerja
mahasiswa profesi keperawatan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif
korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 172 mahasiswa
dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui
kuesioner Clinical Learning Environment Diagnostic Inventory untuk mengukur
lingkungan pembelajaran klinis dan Casey-Fink Readiness to Practice Survey
untuk mengukur kesiapan kerja. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil menunjukkan 167 (97.1%) mahasiswa menilai lingkungan pembelajaran
klinis dalam kategori baik, dan 163 (94.8%) mahasiswa menyatakan siap untuk
bekerja. Uji bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara lingkungan
pembelajaran klinis dengan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa profesi keperawatan (p =
0,023). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan pembelajaran klinis yang baik
berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan kerja, peneliti merekomendasikan penelitian lebih
lanjut terhadap faktor lain yang memengaruhi kesiapan kerja. / The clinical learning environment is an important component of nursing education
as it allows students to apply theory to hands-on practice. However, the results of
an initial survey of 14 nursing profession students showed that there were still
those who were not ready to work despite being in a supportive environment. This
study aims to determine the relationship between clinical learning environment
and work readiness of nursing profession students. The study used a correlational
quantitative design with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 172 students was
selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the
Clinical Learning Environment Diagnostic Inventory questionnaire to measure the
clinical learning environment and Casey-Fink Readiness to Practice Survey to
measure work readiness. Univariate and bivariate analysis were conducted.
Results showed 167 (97.1%) students rated the clinical learning environment in
the good category, and 163 (94.8%) students stated they were ready to work.
Bivariate test showed a significant relationship between clinical learning
environment and work readiness of nursing profession students (p = 0.023). These
results confirm that a good clinical learning environment contributes to work
readiness, researchers recommend further research into other factors that affect
work readiness.
