Abstract

Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta merupakan restoran yang menyajikan makanan khas Indonesia dengan konsep keberlanjutan. Namun, untuk memastikan keberlanjutan bisnisnya, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat pelanggan untuk kembali berkunjung. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan meneliti dua faktor utama, yaitu citra merek dan norma subjektif, yang berpotensi mempengaruhi niat kunjungan kembali pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan norma subjektif terhadap niat kunjungan kembali pelanggan ke Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta. Dengan memahami hubungan antara variabel tersebut, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola restoran dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan serta memperkuat posisi restoran sebagai bisnis berkelanjutan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung ke Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta. Analisis data akan dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hubungan antara citra merek, norma subjektif, dan niat kunjungan kembali pelanggan. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berharap dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai sejauh mana citra merek dan norma subjektif berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pelanggan dalam melakukan kunjungan kembali. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi restoran dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta. / Nasi Peda Pelangi is a restaurant that offers traditional Indonesian cuisine with authentic flavours. However, ensuring the long-term sustainability of such business requires an understanding of the factors that influence customers' intention to revisit. This study will examine two key factors: brand image and subjective norms, which may affect customers' revisit intentions. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and subjective norms on customers' revisit intentions to Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta. By understanding the relationship between these variables, the findings of this study are expected to provide insights for restaurant managers on enhancing customer loyalty and strengthening the restaurant’s position as a sustainable business. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data will be collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who have visited Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta. The data will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to examine the relationship between brand image, subjective norms, and customers’ revisit intentions. Through this study, we aim to provide an overview of the extent to which brand image and subjective norms influence customers’ decisions to revisit a sustainable restaurant. The findings of this study are also expected to serve as a foundation for restaurants in designing more effective marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty toward the Nasi Peda Pelangi Jakarta.
