Abstract
Puskesmas Balaraja memiliki kebijakan mutu untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan namun ditemukan komplain terhadap pelayanan keperawatan dan faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien adalah sosiodemografi. Penelitian bertujuan mencari hubungan faktor umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan dengan kepuasan pasien akan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross-sectional kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode total sampling dengan sampel 17 responden pasien dewasa yang telah menjalani masa perawatan 48 jam. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji coba, r=0.514. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square secara komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan antara faktor umur (P value 0.862), jenis kelamin (P value 0.134), pendidikan (P value 0.622) dan pekerjaan (P value 0.162) dengan kepuasan pasien akan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor sosiodemografi dengan kepuasan pasien akan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Perawatan Puskesmas Balaraja. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar Puskesmas dan Perawat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, serta meneliti faktor penghasilan dan lama perawatan bagi peneliti lainnya./ Puskesmas Balaraja has quality policy to improve patient’s satisfaction but still found complaints for nursing care and the factors that influence patient satisfaction is patient’s sociodemographic. To analyze the relationship between sociodemographic factors (age, gender, education and job) with patient satisfaction with quality of nursing care. This study design was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. Data collection uses total sampling with 17 adult patients who have 48 hours inpatient. The instrument used was a questionnaire which has been tested, r=0.514. Data analysis uses Chi-square. The results are there are no relationship between age (P value 0.862), gender (P value 0.134), education (P value 0.622) and job (P value 0.162) with patient satisfaction with quality of nursing care. In conclusion, there is no relationship between sociodemographic factors with patient satisfaction with quality of nursing care in Inpatient Room at Puskesmas Balaraja. Researcher gives recomendation for Puskesmas and nurses to improve quality of nursing, and for other researcher is research income’s factor and length of stay.
