Abstract

Apotek seperti bisnis lainnya, memiliki persaingan antar apotek dalam berjalannya bisnis. Apotek mulai memakai sistem informasi dalam bisnisnya namun tidak semua apotek memiliki sistem informasi yang maju. Banyak apotek hanya menggunakan Excel untuk mencatat transaksi, dan harus menghitung dan mencatat laporan penjualan secara manual. Apotek Master merupakan salah satu apotek yang masih kurang dalam hal sistem informasinya terutama dalam hal menampilkan dan mengolah data. Selain itu Apotek Master juga menyediakan jasa pengiriman barang namun, sistem yang saat ini tidak mendukung transaksi pengiriman.Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu memudahkan Apotek Master dalam mengelola proses bisnisdan pengiriman barang serta menampilkan laporan dari segala transaksi apotek. Pembangunan sistem untuk proses bisnis dari Apotek Master ini menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem RAD atau Rapid Application Development dengan metode prototyping yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ASP.NET Framework C#. Pengembangan aplikasi dimodelkan dalam UML versi 2.5 dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan alur dari sistem usulan. Sistem informasi telah dirancang sesuai dengan requirement dan telah diuji oleh 4 penguji dengan peran yang berbeda. Sistem dapat menyimpan, mengolah dan menampilkan data transaksi, pelanggan, karyawan, pemasok dan barang dari Apotek Master. Selain itu, sistem juga menyimpan dan menampilkan status dari transaksi pengiriman.Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasiini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengelolaan bisnis dari Apotek Master./ Pharmacy, like any other businesses, do have to compete against other pharmacies in the course of their business. Pharmacies nowadays has already started using information system in their business but not all of them have an advanced information system. Most of them only used Excel to record transactions and must count and write their business report manually. Apotek Master is one of this kind of pharmacy that are still lacking on information system especially in displaying and processing the data. Apotek Master also provide a delivery service however the current system doesn’t support delivery transaction.Which is why an information system that can help Apotek Master manage their business and delivery process and also displaying report of every transaction that happen in the pharmacy are needed. RAD or Rapid Application Development with Prototyping method and the C# programming language on ASP.NET Framework are used to develop the information system for Apotek Master. Application development are modeled in UML version 2.5 with use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram with the purpose to describe the flow of the proposed system.The system is made according to the requirement and have been tested by a few testers, each with different roles. The system is able to save, process, and display transaction data, customer data, employee and supplier data and products data of Apotek Master.The system also save and display the status of the delivery transaction.With the information system that is made, it is expected that it will ease the business management of Apotek Master.
