Abstract

Program talkshow merupakan acara televisi yang diisi oleh pem Untuk memperoleh popularitas di atas talkshow-talkshow yang ada di Indonesia, pembuat konten dari Brownis harus menawarkan konten yang tidak hanya dapat dijual, namun juga menarik di mata masyarakat. Dalam tahap pra-produksi, tim kreatif pada program talkshow Brownis di TRANS TV terlibat dalam aktivitas-aktivitas inti seperti scriptwriting, talent- searching, dan membuat rundown. Dalam proses produksi, tim kreatif mengarahkan pembawa acara untuk tidak bertindak jauh dari arahan skrip agar acara live tetap berjalan lancar, walaupun improvisasi pasti akan tetap dilakukan. Di tahap pasca-produksi, tim kreatif merangkum data berupa TV share dan rincian aktivitas per segmen di episode yang telah tayang. Selama diposisikan menjadi creative intern di program Brownis, pemagang bekerja di bawah bimbingan produser, bersama tim kreatif dan production assistant selama 4 bulan. Setelah memahami ritme kerja Tim Brownis, pemagang berpendapat bahwa alangjkah baiknya jika posisi sutradara diadakan pada divisi produksi TRANS TV, mengingat “triangle production system” atau tiga posisi kunci pada proses produksi terletak pada produser, sutradara, dan tim kreatif. Hal ini untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja tim kreatif dalam melakukan scriptwriting sebagaimana yang seharusnya menjadi fokus utama dari tim kreatif. / Talkshow is a television program in which hosts interview the guest stars, discussing some specific topics of the day. In order attain popularity on top of all the talkshows in Indonesia, the content creators of Brownis must offer not only marketable contents, but also fun in an eye-catching way for the audience. Starting from the pre-production step, Brownis’ creative team members are involved in the core activities, such as scriptwriting and talent-searching. On to the next stage which is the production step, creative team lead Brownis’ hosts to avoid them going too far from the script, so that the live program is able to keep running smoothly within some improvisations. With post-production phase being the last of the three production stages, here, the creative team summarize the TV shares of each episode that has aired before, including the activities of every episode segment. While being given the opportunity to be a creative team intern for Brownis talkshow program, the intern worked alongside the producer, creative team, and production assistants for 4 months long. After getting to understand the work rhythm in Brownis talkshow team, the intern finds that a director position would be very beneficial to TRANS TV’s production division, acknowledging the fact that the “triangle production system” or three key positions inside the television production processes lie in the job desks of its producer, director, and creative team. This can also optimize the performance of creative team’s main duty, which is scriptwriting.
