Background: Preeclampsia is a disease happening in pregnancy that is one of the leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity. The exact cause of preeclampsia is unknown to this day. There are a lot of risk factors that have correlation with the incidence, a few of them being ANC, maternal age, the history of previous preeclampsia, and parity. No previous research had researched about these risk factors together. Objective: This research aimed to analyse the relationship between the risk factors of preeclampsia—which were ANC, maternal age, the history of previous preeclampsia, and parity—with the occurrence of preeclampsia. Method: This research used the cross-sectional study design. The researcher used data taken from medical records of patients whose pregnancy is over 20 weeks, courtesy of Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam, Karawaci, Tangerang—during December 2017 to May 2018. The minimum number of samples taken is 49, which includes both patients with or without preeclampsia. The risk factors data was analysed using the simple logistic regression method. Results: Of the 60 study subjects, it was found that out of all the risk factors studied, only the variable preeclampsia history were shown to have a significant relationship with AOR 9,276 (95% CI = 1,032-83,371) and p 0,047. Risk factors for antenatal examination, maternal age and parity did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of preeclampsia. Conclusion: Risk factors for preeclampsia history is shown to be a risk factor for the incidence of preeclampsia. The variables antenatal examination, maternal age and parity were not proven to be risk factors for the incidence of preeclampsia / Latar belakang: Preeklampsia adalah salah satu penyakit pada kehamilan yang merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas maternal dan perinatal. Penyebab preeklampsia sampai saat ini belum diketahui. Ada banyak faktor resiko yang memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian preeklampsia, beberapa diantaranya adalah penerapan pemeriksaan antenatal, usia ibu saat mengandung, riwayat preeklampsia, serta paritas. Belum ada penelitian yang meneliti tentang faktor-faktor resiko tersebut secara bersamaan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor-faktor resiko berupa penerapan pemeriksaan antenatal, usia ibu saat mengandung, riwayat preeklampsia, dan paritas dengan kejadian preeklampsia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang. Peneliti mengambil data dari rekam medis pasien dengan usia kehamilan >20 minggu dari Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam, Karawaci, Tangerang, dalam periode Desember 2017- Mei 2018. Sampel yang diambil adalah minimal 49 subyek, dengan atau tanpa preeklampsia. Data faktor resiko yang diambil dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik. Hasil: Dari 60 subyek penelitian, ditemukan bahwa dari faktor-faktor resiko yang diteliti, hanya faktor resiko riwayat preeklampsia yang terbukti memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan AOR 9,276 (95% CI= 1,032-83,371) dan p 0,047. Faktor-faktor resiko pemeriksaan antenatal, usia ibu dan paritas tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian preeklampsia.
