The confidential bank-related arrangements have changed over the times, in the past the bank's secrecy were strictly regulated where data can only be controlled by the Central Bank (Bank Indonesia) and bank authorities with direct relationship with customers or depositors. At the moment, it can be said that bank secrecy are no longer controlled by the Central Bank but by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and the regulation of PBI No.15 / 1 / PBI / 2103 on Lembaga Informasi Informasi Perkreditan (LPIP). PBI No. 15/1 / PBI / 2013 is manifested to accommodate the management of debtor / customer information or data and to be an institutional authority other than the Central Bank that can manage the data. Thus, the direction of bank arrangement in the presence of LPIP should be regulated comprehensively in order to provide legal provisions to the debtor /customer. This research is conducted in descriptive analysis with juridicalnormative approach method. The collection of data generated by the author is by literature study, based on books, journals and internet. The results of this study indicate the existence of the required LPIP which stipulates the provisions of the data is owned by a source for data that cannot be diverted by foreigners.
