Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang paling penting dan berkontribusi dalam suatu perusahaan, sehingga perlu memiliki SDM secara maksimal agar mampu bekerja secara unggul. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah melalui serangkaian proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Proses seleksi adalah proses yang menentukan diterima atau tidaknya pelamar di perusahaan. Menurut Munandar seleksi adalah prosedur yang dipakai oleh perusahaan untuk mencari dan menyaring calon pegawai untuk mengisi suatu lowongan kerja. Proses seleksi di SHLV memiliki prosedur yang terdiri dari menyeleksi CV, memilih kandidat sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kandidat dihubungi untuk melakukan psikotes, tes kompetensi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan oleh tiga interviewer, yaitu staf HRD SHLV, User dan kepala HRD SHLV. Namun proses seleksi yang sudah memiliki prosedur yang jelas masih sulit dalam penerimaan karyawan di SHLV khususnya tenaga kerja perawat. Setelah melakukan wawancara, terdapat proses seleksi di SHLV yang belum sesuai yaitu belum adanya panduan wawancara dan belum ada surat penerimaan secara resmi. Dampak negatif yang akan diterima oleh perusahaan, sulit mendapat karyawan yang berkualitas sesuai kompetensi perusahaan, selain itu belum dapat menjamin bahwa karyawan yang terpilih sesuai dengan kompetensi karena tidak ada panduan wawancara yang jelas dan terstruktur. Sebaiknya perlu adanya panduan wawancara yang jelas dan surat penerimaan secara resmi. / Human resources is the most essential and contributed element needed in a company. Therefore, company needs to maximize potential of workers to work excellently. One of the way is through a range of recruitment and selection process. Selection process aims to figure out whether applicant is accepted or rejected. Selection defined by Munandar is a procedure used by companies to search and screen every applicants suitable to the vacancy. The process of selection in SHLV requires the procedure of CV selection and choosing applicants based on the job needed in the company. Candidates are contacted to do psychotest, competency test and interviews. Interview in SHLV is done by three interviewers, specifically the HRD staffs, Users and the head of HRD. The process of selection has a clear procedure,however, the company deals with diffulties on accepting employees especially on nurshing. Interviews were done and found out that the process of selection in SHLV does not require interview guidelines and an official letter of acceptance. Due to this, the company is negatively impacted. They hardly receive a qualified workers due to the lacking of a clear and structured interview guidelines. A clear interview guidelines and a legal letter of acceptance are suggested.
