Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia yang selama ini masih belum menerapkan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Dalam hal daur ulang, Tetra Pak Indonesia, yang merupakan produsen kemasan, bekerjasama dengan mitra pendaur ulang untuk mengelola UBC di beberapa wilayah. Pemetaan proses bisnis mitra pendaur ulang UBC perlu dilakukan agar didapatkan suatu gambaran pengelolaan berkelanjutan dan identifikasi faktor resiko yang mungkin timbul dalam rantai pasok daur ulang UBC. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuisioner SSCM untuk mengetahui persepsi keberlanjutan Tetra Pak Indonesia dan wawancara dengan mitra pendaur ulang yang pertanyaannya dibuat berdasarkan kerangka model SCOR. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Tetra Pak bertanggung jawab terhadap keberlanjutan dari kemasan dengan nilai index 0.85. Berdasarkan pemetaan yang dibuat dapat diketahui bahwa semua mitra pengumpul memiliki sistem yang hampir sama yaitu bekerjasama dengan pengumpul lain, mengecek dan memilah UBC, lalu dikirim ke industri daur ulang. Industri daur ulang memproses UBC menjadi kertas daur ulang, atap gelombang, insole sepatu, dan papan board. Faktor resiko yang harus diperhatikan yaitu adanya perbedaan pandangan mengenai kondisi rantai pasok saat ini karena dapat mempengaruhi faktor resiko lainnya, seperti UBC yang terkumpul, hasil sortir UBC, harga UBC yang murah, Selain itu kurangnya edukasi mengenai UBC, jarak pengiriman UBC yang jauh, dan kurangnya kompetitor pada industri daur ulang juga merupakan faktor resiko. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah melakukan pertemuan semua mitra agar memiliki kesamaan persepsi akan kondisi rantai pasok daur ulang saat ini, melakukan pengukuran mengenai banyaknya UBC yang diperlukan dalam membuat atap gelombang, dan publikasi dan edukasi mengenai pengumpulan UBC. / Waste management in Indonesia which has not yet applied the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) has a negative impact on the environment. In terms of recycling, Tetra Pak Indonesia, which is a packaging manufacturer, collaborates with recycling partners to manage UBC in several regions. The mapping of UBC recycling partner business processes needs to be done so that an overview of sustainable management can be obtained and identification of possible risk factors in UBC's recycling supply chain. The method used was the SSCM questionnaire to find out the sustainability perceptions of Tetra Pak Indonesia and interviews with recycling partners whose questions were based on the framework of the SCOR model. From this study it can be seen that Tetra Pak is responsible for the sustainability of the package with an index value of 0.85. Based on the mapping made, it can be seen that all collecting partners have almost the same system, that is, cooperating with other collectors, checking and sorting UBC, then being sent to the recycling industry. The recycling industry processes UBC into recycled paper, wave roofs, shoe insoles, and board boards. The risk factor that must be considered is the difference in views regarding the current supply chain conditions because it can affect other risk factors, such as collected UBC, UBC sorting results, cheap UBC prices. In addition, the lack of education regarding UBC, the distance of UBC's shipping distance, and lack of competitors in the recycling industry are also risk factors. Suggestions can be given is to hold a meeting between partners so that they have the same perception of the current condition of the recycling supply chain, take measurements regarding the number of UBC needed in making wave roofs, and publication and education regarding UBC collection.
