Television is one of the most influential mass media because it is audiovisual. In the production of a television program, a production team is needed with specifications of expertise in their respective fields. The apprentice carries out an internship on one television program as a production assistant. This internship report has the purpose of studying the production process, understanding the role of the IEP (Indonesia Entertainmen Production), understanding how to work with other divisions, and knowing the activities of the production assistant IEP. The internship was held in Daan Mogot, Jalan Damai No.11, Duri Kepa, Kebon jeruk, West Jakarta City. The internship began on August 20 to November 21, 2018. The apprentice was placed in the production assistant section of the Stand Up Comedy Academy 4 program on Indosiar. In the internship activities carried out by the interns as production assistants, apprentices assisted in the pre-production and production of the Stand Up Comedy Academy 4 program which was aired in video taping so that the editing process was needed to become a show program that was feasible. / Televisi merupakan salah satu media massa yang paling berpengaruh karena bersifat audiovisual. Dalam produksi suatu program televisi, dibutuhkan tim produksi dengan spesifikasi keahlian di bidangnya masing-masing. Pemagang melaksanakan magang di salah satu program televisi sebagai production assistant. Laporan magang ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari proses produksi, memahami peran IEP (Indonesia Entertainmen Production), memahami cara bekerjasama dengan divisi lain, dan mengetahui aktivitas production assistant IEP. Magang dilaksanakan di Daan Mogot, Jalan Damai No.11, Duri Kepa, Kebon jeruk, Kota Jakarta Barat. Magang dimulai pada 20 Agustus sampai 21 November 2018. Pemagang ditempatkan di bagian production assistant pada program Stand Up Comedy Academy 4 di Indosiar. Dalam kegiatan magang yang dilaksanakan pemagang sebagai production assistant, pemagang membantu dalam pra produksi dan produksi pada program Stand Up Comedy Academy 4 yang ditayangkan secara video taping sehingga dibutuhkannya proses pengeditan hingga menjadi program acara yang layak tayang.
