Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki strategi pengendalian kerja yang dibuat dan dilakukan oleh principal untuk mencapai desain yang optimal. Principal Axial Studio selalu melakukan penelitian terhadap setiap desainer untuk mendapatkan strategi yang dapat diterima dan diikuti dalam setiap proses desain. Menurut principal, hal yang paling penting dalam membentuk satu strategi pengendalian kerja yang dapat berlaku jangka panjang adalah sifat responsif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan ikut berada pada situasi saat principal membentuk strategi pengendalian kerja. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan metode komparatif dari dua proyek pada Axial Studio. Metode komparatif akan membantu untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis berbentuk skema dan tabel. Selain menggunakan metode komparatif, terdapat teori-teori yang akan menjadi tolak ukur dalam penelitian strategi pengendalian kerja. Hasil akhir yang didapat akan berupa perbandingan skema untuk menghasilkan skema baru. Akhir analisis memudahkan untuk membentuk suatu sistem yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap strategy pengendalian kerja. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh strategi pengendalian kerja yang optimal terhadap pengerjaan saat proses desain terjadi. Strategi pengendalian kerja yang ada di Axial Studio adalah salah satu nilai yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. / Every company must have a work control strategy created and carried out by the principal to achieve an optimal design. Axial Studio's Principal always conducts research on every designer to get strategies that are acceptable and can be followed in every design process. According to the principal, the most important thing in forming a work control strategy that can be applied for a long term is responsiveness. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and participate in situations when the principal forms a work control strategy. The data obtained will be analyzed by using the comparative method of two projects in Axial Studio. The comparative method will help to get the results of the analysis in the form of schemas and tables. In addition to using the comparative method, there are theories that will serve as a benchmark in work control strategy research. The final result will be in the form of a comparison scheme to produce a new scheme. At the end of the analysis, it will be easier to form a system that has a positive impact on work control strategies. From the results of the study can be obtained an optimal work control strategy for workmanship when the design process occurs. The work control strategy in Axial Studio is one of the values that influences company performance.
