Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sedemikian pesat sehingga memaksakan semua perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa mau tidak mau harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi pada era digital sekarang ini. Salah satu bentuk dari kemajuan teknologi adalah Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning. Dimana Sistem ini merupakan sistem informasi dan manajemen yang terintegrasi dan menggabungkan berbagai divisi atau departemen dalam perusahaan. Tidak luput juga dalam dunia konstruksi, Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning sudah mulai diterapkan penggunaannya, selain dari penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 yang sudah merupakan standar global yang diakui dan dipergunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Sistem Manajemen Mutu sendiri memberikan manfaat untuk menjaga konsistensi mutu produk dan proses pekerjaan. Bagaimanapun, penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 tidak semudah itu. Banyak kendala yang ditemukan dilapangan dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu. Berangkat dari beberapa faktor kendala tersebut, maka penulisan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor kendala penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu terhadap penerapan Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Permasalahan yang ditinjau dalam penulisan ini adalah apa saja faktor-faktor dominan yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu pada tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi (project proccess), apa saja manfaat dan tujuan yang diharapkan dengan implementasi sistem Enterprise Resources Planning pada tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi, bagaimana pengaruh faktor kendala penerapan SMM terhadap kinerja Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning di PT. X, dan rekomendasi apa yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini. Dari hasi penelitian didapatkan tujuh variabel yang bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning, yaitu variabel motivasi, variabel pengambilan keputusan, variabel briefing, variabel disiplin, variabel lingkungan kerja, dan variabel menghargai pimpinan. Tidak ditemukan pengaruh faktor prosedur terhadap kinerja dari Sistem Enterprise Resources Planning. / The development of technology today is so rapid that it forces all companies engaged in services inevitably have to follow the development of technology in the current digital era. One form of technological progress is the Enterprise Resources Planning System. Where this system is an integrated information and management system and combines various divisions or departments within the company. Also not spared in the world of construction, the Enterprise Resources Planning System has begun to be applied, apart from the application of the ISO 9001: 2015. The Quality Management System itself provides benefits to maintain product quality consistency and work processes. However, implementing ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System is not that easy. Many obstacles were found in the field. Departing from these constraints, this paper was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the constraints of implementing Quality Management Systems on the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Systems in construction service companies. The problems reviewed in this paper are what are the dominant factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Quality Management System at the stage of construction (project proccess), what are the benefits and objectives expected with the implementation of the Enterprise Resources Planning system at the construction implementation stage, how does it influence the obstacle factor in applying SMM to the role of the Enterprise Resources Planning System at PT. X, and what recommendations were obtained from this study. From the results of the study, it was found seven variables which together influenced the performance of the Enterprise Resources Planning System, namely motivation variables, decision-making variables, briefing variables, disciplinary variables, work environment variables, and leadership respect variables. No effect of procedure factors was found on the performance of the Enterprise Resources Planning System.
