Abstract
Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit mengharuskan semua petugas kesehatan termasuk perawat menyadari bahwa setiap pasien berhak mendapat pelayanan kesehatan tanpa adanya perbedaan suku, jenis kelamin, agama, kecacatan. Perawat diharapkan untuk memiliki aplikasi nilai esensial keperawatan dalam melayani pasien dengan ramah, memberikan rasa aman, murah senyum dan santun dalam bertutur agar pasien merasa puas. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang gambaran tingkat kepuasaan pasien rawat inap pengguna SJSN terhadap aplikasi nilai esensial keperawatan di rumah sakit umum siloam. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap pengguna SJSN terhadap aplikasi nilai esensial keperawatan dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan populasi pasien pengguna SJSN yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam sebanyak 100 orang dengan jumlah sampel di hitung dengan rumus Taro Yamane di dapatkan sejumlah 80 orang yang di ambil dengan metode purposive sampling, instrument penelitian yang menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala ukur Likert. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan persentase jawaban responden tentang nilai-nilai keperawatan terhadap pasien pengguna SJSN bisa di simpulkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat menilai positif terhadap aplikasi nilai esensial keperawatan dan merasa puas dengan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam / Hospital services require that all health workers including nurses realize that every patient is entitled to health services without any distinction of race, sex, religion , disability . Nurses are expected to have applications essential nursing values in serving patients with friendly , provide a sense of security , in a polite smile and recalled that the patients were satisfied . This study examines the picture of the level of user satisfaction inpatients SJSN the application of essential value of nursing in public hospitals Siloam . The hypothesis of this study is the level ofpatient satisfaction to the users SJSN essential values of nursing applications using cross-sectional population of patients with existing users in the Social Security General Hospital Siloam many as 100 people with the number of samples calculated by the formula Taro Yamane, get some 80 people were taken by purposive sampling , research instrument that uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measuring . The results based on the percentage of respondents on the values of nursing to patients on Social Security can be concluded that the majority of people assess positively to the application of essential nursing values and are satisfied with the service at Siloam Hospital
