Abstract

PP Prima Jaya Lestari adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang konveksi dan garmen khususnya batik dan kemeja pria yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1993. Saat ini, PP Prima Jaya Lestari telah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dalam mencatat dan mengelola data transaksi usahanya. Namun, sistem komputerisasi yang sedang digunakan pada perusahaan ini tidak mampu memberikan informasi mengenai pengaruh trend pakaian kaum millennial terhadap peningkatan penjualan konveksi pada perusahaan. Informasi ini sangat diperlukan, sehingga pemilik perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dapa dilakukan proses analisis dengan menggunakan metode Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Metode ARIMA merupakan salah satu metode prediksi. Dalam prosedur kerja dari metode ARIMA, stasioneritas data dalam mean bisa dilakukan dengan identifikasi plot data dan bentuk ACF data. Jika ACF menunjukkan pola yang turun lambat berarti data belum stasioner dalam mean, sehingga dibutuhkan differencing agar datanya menjadi stasioner dalam mean. Sebaliknya jika ACF menunjukkan pola yang turun cepat maka data sudah stastioner dalam mean. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh informasi bahwa dengan menggunakan metode MAE untuk menghitung selisih penjualan pakaian antara nilai riil dengan nilai hasil prediksi, diperoleh informasi bahwa akurasi hasil prediksi adalah sebesar 76.8 % dan dengan menggunakan metode confusion matrix untuk menghitung akurasi hasil prediksi naik atau turun, diperoleh informasi bahwa rata-rata akurasi hasil prediksi adalah sebesar 66.834 %. / PP Prima Jaya Lestari is a business engaged in convection and garment, especially batik and men's shirts that have been established since 1993. Currently, PP Prima Jaya Lestari has used a computerized system to record and manage business transaction data. However, the computerized system that is being used at this company is unable to provide information on the influence of millennial clothing trends on increasing convection sales at the company. This information is very necessary, so that the company owner can make a decision to increase sales turnover. To solve this problem, an analysis process can be carried out using the Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. ARIMA method is one of the prediction methods. In the working procedure of the ARIMA method, the stationarity of the data in the mean can be done by identifying the data plot and the ACF data form. If ACF shows a slow down pattern means the data is not stationary in the mean, so it requires differencing so that the data becomes stationary in the mean. Conversely, if the ACF shows a rapidly descending pattern, the data is statistical in the mean. Based on the results of tests conducted in this study obtained information that by using the MAE method to calculate the difference in clothing sales between the real value and the predicted value, information is obtained that the accuracy of the prediction result is 76.8% and by using the confusion matrix method to calculate the accuracy of the predicted prediction results or down, information is obtained that the average accuracy of the predicted results is 66.834%.
