Abstract

Belajar merupakan hal yang tidak lepas dari kehidupan manusia. Belajar bertunjuan untuk mengembangkan potensi dalam diri, untuk itu pelajar membutuhkan pengajar. Kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam pendidikan melibatkan guru dan siswa. Dalam pembelajaran daring ditemukan siswa yang tidak terlibat atau tidak berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran, hal ini disebabkan oleh guru yang kurang terampil dalam mengelola kelas dan latar belakang siswa. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran guru dalam membangun partisipasi siswa. Oleh karena itu tujuan penulisan Proyek Akhir ini adalah memaparkan bagaimana peran guru Kristen dalam membangun partisipasi siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Dalam penelitian ini, data dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui sumber yang relevan dan diolah menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Guru dan siswa sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah diberikan akal budi, oleh karena itu guru mampu mengelola kelas dan siswa mampu mengutarakan pendapat sehingga tercipta komunitas yang bertumbuh dan bisa memuliakan Allah. Peran guru dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran merupakan bukti dari keberadaan mereka, sesuai dengan filsafat ontologi yang membahas tentang hakikat sesuatu. Permasalahan dalam partisipasi siswa dapat diatasi dengan pengelolaan kelas dari guru dengan menggunakan variasi mengajar. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya berkaitan dengan metode yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran daring/Learning is something that cannot be separated from human life. Learning aims to develop inner potential, for that students need teachers. Teaching and learning activities in education involve teachers and students. In online learning, it was found that students were not involved or did not participate in learning, this was due to teachers who were less skilled in managing class and student backgrounds. For that we need the role of the teacher in building student participation. Therefore, the purpose of writing this final project is to describe the role of Christian teachers in building student participation during online learning. In this study, data and information were collected through relevant sources and processed using descriptive qualitative research methods. Teachers and students as the image and likeness of God are given intelligence, therefore the teacher is able to manage the class and students are able to express opinions so that a community that grows and can glorify God is created. The role of teachers and student participation in learning is evidence of their existence, in accordance with the ontology philosophy which discusses the nature of things. Problems in student participation can be overcome by classroom management of the teacher by using teaching variations. Suggestions for future researchers relate to the most effective methods in increasing student participation in online learning.
