Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel independen) dan variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat (variabel dependen). Data primer yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data penelitian ini dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner daring dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dari karyawan PT. ABC sebesar 62 responden, data tersebut diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil pengolahan data yang ditemukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besar nilai t hitung 6,685 > t tabel 2,001 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besar nilai diperoleh t hitung 3,187 > t tabel 2,001 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi tidak signifikan dengan hasil uji t hitung -0,302 < nilai t tabel -2,001 dan nilai signifikansi 0,764 > 0,05. Secara simultan, peneliti menemukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji nilai F hitung sebesar 101,964 ≥ nilai F tabel sebesar 2,75 dan nilai signifikasinya < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja, maka pihak manajemen perusahaan harus meningkatan motivasi kerja, menerapkan kerjasama tim dan menciptakan hubungan kerja yang baik di lingkungan kerja sehingga karyawan bersinegi dalam mencapai kualitas kerja yang maksimal dan memenuhi target yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan "/" This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneously, the researcher found that the variables of job satisfaction, work environment and work motivation affect employee performance with the test results of the calculated F value of 101.964 ≥ the F table value of 2.75 and the significance value < 0.05. The results of this study concluded that to improve work quality, the company management must increase work motivation, implement teamwork and create good working relationships in the work environment so that employees can work together to achieve maximum work quality and meet the targets set by the company.
