The applications of the eclectic approach were completed both in the school and at home to build good commitments in learning and also to enrich the participant’s stimulations in the target language. The research took place in a SPK school in Tangerang, focussing on a single participant to observe. The ABA design was used to observe the changes happening within the treatments, which were conducted from April 2017 to August 2017. The instruments used were the interviews, observations, field notes and anecdotal records. Using the qualitative data analyses, the researcher observed the participant’s positive changes in terms of the reading and writing skills. Even significant changes regarding the reading and writing skills were also shown.
