Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel dari online review mempengaruhi hotel online booking di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan online travel agent yang telah melakukan pemesanan hotel lebih dari 2 kali dalam setahun terakhir dengan jumlah 100 responden yang terdiri dari 52% wanita dan 48% pria. Seluruh responden dalam penelitian ini diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner, data hasil pengisian kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan PLS suntuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hotel online booking. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh bahwa 43.9% online booking intention dapat diengaruhi oleh variabel yang diteliti. Variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lain timeliness, positive review, comprehensiveness, dan reviewer expertise. Sedangkan variabel usefulness tidak signifikan, variabel volume tidak berpengaruh positif, dan negative review berpengaruh positif. / In this study aims to determine whether the variables from online reviews affect hotel online booking in Jabodetabek. This research was conducted on online travel agent customers who have made hotel reservations more than 2 times in the past year with 100 respondents consisting of 52% women and 48% men. All respondents in this study were asked to fill out a questionnaire, data from the results of filling out the questionnaires were then analyzed using PLS while knowing the factors that influence hotel online booking. From the results of the analysis of research data it was found that 43.9% online booking intention can be influenced by the variables studied. Variables that have a positive and significant effect include timeliness, positive review, comprehensiveness, and reviewer expertise. While the usefulness variable is not significant, the volume variable has no positive effect, and the negative review has a positive effect.
