Abstract

Setiap organisasi tentunya memiliki tujuan dan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dibutuhkan tenaga manusia yang cakap untuk mendukung tujuan dari perusahaan tersebut. Employee performance adalah salah satu cara untuk bisa mengetahui seberapa baik kinerja dari pegawai dalam melakukan tugas dan pekerjaannya. Hal ini penting karena kinerja pegawai mencerminkan kinerja dari organisasi itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif atau negatif dari setiap variabel yang digunakan terhadap employee performance, variabel yang digunakan antara lain adalah variabel organizational learning, job satisfaction dan organization commitment. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai perusahaan PT. X yang berjumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan desain sampling purposive sampling yaitu dengan menggunakan judgment sampling dengan skala 5 likert. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah pengujian model pengukuran (outer model) dengan menggunakan validitas diskriminan, validitas konvergen dan reliabilitas. Serta pengujian model structural (inner model) dengan menggunakan bootstrap. Progam pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah organizational learning tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance dan organization commitment memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance./ Every organization certainly has a goal and to achieve these goals, skilled human resources are needed to support the goals of the company. Employee performance is one way to be able to find out how well the performance of employees in carrying out their duties and work. This is important because employee performance reflects the performance of the organization itself. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a positive or negative effect of each variable used on employee performance, the variables used include organizational learning, job satisfaction and organization commitment variables. The subjects of this study were employees of the PT. X company, with 80 respondent. This study uses a quantitative technique with purposive sampling design and judgment sampling with a 5 Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is testing the measurement model (outer model) using discriminant validity, convergent validity and reliability. As well as testing the structural model (inner model) using bootstrap. The data processing program used is Smart pls 3. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organization commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
