Abstract

Kepemimpinan gembala ditandai dengan adanya relasi yang hidup dan tanggung jawab dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Gaya kepemimpinan gembala mampu mendorong regulasi diri dan prestasi kerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan juga menentukan regulasi diri dan prestasi kerja yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh shepherd leadership dan motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja dengan regulasi diri sebagai mediasi di unit SMP-SMA Sekolah Lentera Harapan Curug. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sejumlah 33 responden. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan metode statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) shepherd leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap regulasi diri; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap regulasi diri; (3) shepherd leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja; (4) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja; dan (5) regulasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja.
