Abstract

Suatu permasalahan yang terjadi antara Ibu Sriatin dengan Bank BRI Kcp Pucang, yang dimana 2 SHM milik Ibu Sriatin telah dilelang oleh pihak Bank BRI Kcp Pucang namun risalah lelang dan hasil perhitungan yang turun dari balai lelang tidak disampaikan kepada Ibu Sriatin. Proses penyelesaian masalah Ibu Sriatin ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis dari Undang-Undang perbankan, Peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Undang-Undang perlindungan konsumen, yang dimana dalam analisa tersebut dijelaskan secara detail pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Bank BRI KCP Pucang kota Surabaya. Dari analisa tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pihak Bank BRI KCP Pucang Kota Surabaya telah melakukan pelanggaran yang dimana pihak Bank BRI tersebut tidak menerbitkan hasil rincian pembayaran hutang dan hasil risalah lelang 2 SHM milik Ibu Sriatin. The process of resolving the Mrs. Sriatin problem was carried out by the analyzing the banking law, Bank Indonesia regulations and consumer protection laws, which in this analysis explained in detail the violation committed by the Bank BRI Kcp Pucang, Surabaya City.
