Abstract
Sebagai suatu perusahaan perhotelan, Hotel Sahid Jaya Lippo Cikarang merupakan suatu usaha perhotelan yang cukup diperhitungkan perkembangannya. Namun kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia yang masih belum berkembang dengan baik , cukup membawa dampak pengaruh bagi usahanya. Berbagai kiat usaha untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya terhadap para pesaingnya telah dilaksanakan, misalnya dengan melalui promosi serta penawaran harga yang bersaing. Data diolah dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi, dan diperoleh hasil ternyata antara tingkat hunian (sales) dengan harga kamar (price) memiliki hubungan yang sangat kecil (-,215) Sedangkan antara tingkat hunian (sales) dengan biaya promosi memiliki hubungan keterkaitan diantaranya. ( kofisien korelasi 0.679). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka perlulah diambil tindakan dalam pembiayaan baik dari segi promosi maupun penetapan harga ( Price ) , agar tingkat hunian ( Sales ) dapat terpenuhi.
