Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran akan selalu ada. Salah satu permasalahan yang penulis temukan adalah ketidakdisiplinan siswa dalam menggunakan hand signal. Ketidakdisiplinan terjadi ketika siswa tidak menaati tata tertib yang berlaku. Ketidakdisiplinan merupakan contoh dari rusaknya gambar dan rupa Allah yang ada pada diri siswa. Maka guru perlu menerapkan metode yang dapat mengatasi masalah ketidakdisiplinan siswa. Ketidakdisiplinan siswa dapat diatasi dengan pemberian reinforcement (penguatan). Tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian reinforcement terhadap kedisiplinan siswa kelas III SD pada pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pemberian reinforcement dapat digunakan untuk mendisiplinkan siswa, karena reinforcement dapat memotivasi siswa, sehingga siswa akan cenderung mengulangi hal yang sama di kemudian hari. Saran untuk guru adalah guru dapat menerapkan reinforcement secara konsisten, sehingga guru dapat melihat kekonsistenan perubahan sikap disiplin siswa. Saran bagi peneliti yang selanjutnya adalah lebih lama menerapkan metode ini, sehingga penelitian ini dapat lebih terukur dan pola perubahan perilaku siswa lebih terlihat./Problems that occur in the learning process will always exist. One of the problems that the authors found was the indiscipline of students in using hand signals. Discipline occurs when students do not obey the applicable rules. Indiscipline is an example of the destruction of the image and likeness of God in students. So, the teacher needs to apply a method that can overcome the problem of student indiscipline. Student indiscipline can be overcome by using the method of giving rewards. The aim of this research is to see the effect of the reinforcement method on student discipline in online learning. The research method that used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. The method of giving reinforcement can be used to discipline students, because the reinforcement can motivate students, so students will tend to repeat the same thing in the future. The suggestions for teachers are teacher can apply reinforcement consistently so the teacher can see the consistency of changes in students' disciplinary attitudes.The suggestions for other researchers are to apply this method longer, so that this research can be more measurable and the pattern of changes in student behavior is more visible.
