Abstract

Proses pembelajaran saat ini dilakukan secara online karena pandemi covid-19. Meski demikian selama proses pembelajaran, siswa diharapkan dapat memberikan perhatian selama pembelajaran. Namun faktanya siswa memperlihatkan perilaku yang menunjukkan hal seperti berikut ; memainkan dasi, bermain dengan saudara, meraut pensilnya, selain itu pada saat guru memberikan pertanyaan ada siswa yang tidak menjawab guru, tidur-tiduran, memperlihatkan mainan yang dibuatnya ke kamera, meninggalkan laptop tanpa izin dan ada siswa yang bertanya “kapan selesai?”, dari kondisi tersebut penulis menyimpulkan bahwa siswa jenuh. Oleh karena itu guru berperan untuk memperhatikan keberlangsungan pembelajaran agar yang diharapkan tercapai dengan baik. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana peran metode tanya jawab dan ice breaking sebagai upaya mengurangi kejenuhan siswa pada kelas 1 SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yakni dilakukan dengan melihat keadaan di lapangan, membandingkan dengan jurnal serta literatur. Guru Kristen menjadi pribadi yang menuntun siswanya terhadap pengenalan Allah serta berperilaku seperti murid Kristus, bukan hanya fokus kepada materi. Metode dan media yang guru gunakan untuk mengurangi kejenuhan siswa yaitu metode tanya jawab dan ice breaking. Saran kepada guru agar memberikan kesempatan buat siswa merefleksikan bagaimana perasaan dan yang siswa lakukan selama pembelajaran, guru dapat menggunakan stick dalam memanggil anak untuk tanya jawab. Kata Kunci: Kejenuhan Siswa, Metode Tanya jawab dan Ice Breaking, Peran Guru/The learning process is currently conducted online because the COVID-19 pandemic. However students are expected to pay attention during learning. But in fact students show behavior that shows things like the following; playing ties, playing with siblings, sharpening their pencils, besides that when the teacher asks questions there are students who don't answer the teacher, doze off, show the toys they made to the camera, leave their laptops without permission and there are students who ask "when is it finished?", From these conditions, the writer concludes that the students are bored. The teacher's role is to pay attention to the continuity of learning so that what is expected is achieved well. This literature review aims to describe the role of the question and answer method and ice breaking as an effort to reduce student boredom in grade 1 elementary school. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which is done by looking at the situation in the field, comparing it with journals and literature. Christian teachers become individuals who guide students towards knowing God and behaving like disciples of Christ, not just focusing on the material. The methods and media that the teacher uses to reduce student boredom are the question and answer method and ice breaking. Suggestions for teachers to provide opportunities for students to reflect on how students feel and what they do during learning, teachers can use sticks to call children for questions and answers.
