Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek menjadi faktor penting bagi perusahaan dalam memelihara keunggulan yang berkelanjutan di masa pandemi dengan adanya pertumbuhan permintaan dan persaingan antara perusahaan farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memahami pengaruh kesadaran merek, informasi dari mulut-ke-mulut, persepsi kualitas, dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas terhadap merek. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner elektronik yaitu Google Gorms. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 270 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Enervon C. Peneliti melakukan analisa terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.3 dengan pengukuran Structural Equation Modelling. Peneliti melakukan pengujian terhadap validitas, reliabilitas, collinearity statistics, dan hipotesis yang telah dibentuk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness dan perceived quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi. Brand image mampu memediasi pengaruh brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty. Adanya pengaruh langsung antara word of mouth terhadap brand image dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan harapkan dapat berkontribusi pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan menyelidiki konsep kesadaran merek, informasi mulut-ke-mulut, persepsi kualitas, citra merek, dan loyalitas merek pada konsumsi Vitamin C.
