Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh cognitive experiental state dan affective expriental state melalui e-satisfaction dan e-trust terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan Bukalapak. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 192 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan cognitive experiental state dan affective experiental state berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap e-satisfaction kemudian e- satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap e-trust serta e- statisfaction dan e-trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap e-loyalty pengguna Bukalapak
