Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi, tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan dapat mengganggu produktivitas organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk memepelajari pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Turnover Intention yang di mediasi oleh Stres Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT XYZ, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan minuman di Jakarta, dengan 106 karyawan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Kuesioner disebarkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner elektrik dan analisa data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan perbaikan bagi PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kepemimpinan transformasional kepada seluruh para pemimpinnya agar dapat dirasakan secara merata dampaknya terhadap seluruh karyawan. / Human resources are a very important factor in implementing an organization. The high level of employee turnover can interfere with the productivity of the organization in achieving its goals. This study aimed to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention mediated by Work Stress and Organizational Citizenship. This research was conducted at PT XYZ, a Food and Beverage manufacturing company in Jakarta with 106 employees as research respondents. The research method was quantitative research and data collection used survey methods. Questionnaires were distributed using an electric questionnaire and data analysis used SmartPLS. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant negative effect on employee work stress. Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Transformational Leadership had a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Work stress had a significant negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work stress had a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational Citizenship Behavior had no significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. The results were expected to be input for improvements of PT XYZ to improve and develop the transformational leadership of all its leaders so that the impact can be felt by all employees.
