Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dari insentif finansial, insentif non finansial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 responden yang berada di wilayah Jabodetabek. Metode survey yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online yaitu, media gform. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPls. Pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin yang memiliki 29 pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang dijawab oleh responden. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah insentif finansial, insentif non finansial dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
