Abstract

Kinerja merupakan suatu bentuk hasil akhir dari proses karyawan menyelesaikan tugasnya, sehingga kinerja menjadi salah satu peranan yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan ataupun organisasi. Karyawan yang mampu menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik dan benar akan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Seorang pemimpin dapat memberikan arahan kepada setiap bawahannya agar perusahaan mampu mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Fasilitas Kerja tentunya sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Pemberian fasilitas yang lengkap dan memadai juga menjadi salah satu alasan pendorong dalam bekerja. Tidak hanya fasilitas kerja, namun perlu juga didukung dengan adanya lingkungan kerja non-fisik dan kepuasan kerja yang baik di suatu perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja non-fisik yang baik dan harmonis akan membuat karyawan dalam perusahaan tersebut menjadi semangat dalam menjalankan tugasnya, dengan demikian akan membuat karyawan memberikan kinerja yang maksimal terhadap perusahaan, dan kepuasan kerja adalah suatu respon emosional dan efektivitas yang mempengaruhi pada setiap aspek pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Non-Fisik dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi yang menjadi target dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi produksi PT. XYZ, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 138 karyawan. Jenis pengambilan sampel non-probability dengan teknik purposive sampling dipilih sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepuasan Kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Fasilitas Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja non-Fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan./Performance is a form of the end result of the process of employees completing their duties, so that performance becomes one of the important roles in a company or organization. Employees who are able to complete their duties properly and correctly will have high performance. A leader can provide direction to each of his subordinates so that the company is able to achieve the goals that have been set previously. Work facilities are certainly needed in encouraging employee performance improvement. Providing complete and adequate facilities is also one of the driving reasons for working. Not only work facilities, but also need to be supported by a non-physical work environment and good job satisfaction in a company. A good and harmonious non-physical work environment will make employees in the company enthusiastic in carrying out their duties, thereby making employees provide maximum performance to the company, and job satisfaction is an emotional response and effectiveness that affects every aspect of work. This study was conducted to determine whether the effect of work facilities, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The target population in this study were employees of the production division of PT. XYZ, with a total sample of 138 employees. The type of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique was chosen as the basis for sampling this research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert measurement scale. The data that has been collected and then processed using SPSS 25. The results show that job satisfaction does not have a positive effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive influence on employee performance and non-physical work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.
