Abstract

Kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia seperti makanan, minuman produk kebersihan dan semacamnya akan selalu dibutuhkan. Seringkali kebutuhan kebutuhan ini dijual dengan menggunakan kemasan plastik sekali pakai. Namun tanpa kita sadari bahwa produk pengemas inilah yang membuat bahaya lingkungan kita. Bulk Store merupakan sebuah toko grosir dengan konsep yang unik dimana, toko ini membawa gaya hidup zero waste. Gaya hidup zero waste merupakan gaya hidup yang mengevaluasi lebih tentang hal – hal yang dikonsumsi oleh manusia. Terlihat diantara masyarakat Indonesia penduduk yang paling peduli kepada lingkungan adalah Generasi Z. Toko grosir yang mengaplikasikan zero waste seperti bulk store juga memiliki harga yang bersaing di pasarnya. Studi kelayakan perencanaan bisnis Roempah Bulk Store dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah bisnis bulk store layak dijalankan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data primer dan untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel dan jurnal pendahulu. Studi kelayakan dilihat dari aspek pasar & pemasaran, teknis & operasional, hukum & manajemen, dan keuangan. Ditemukan pada aspek finansial bahwa Roempah Bulk Store memiliki nilai NPV dibawah 0 sehingga usaha tidak layak untuk dijalankan. / Human daily needs such as food, drinks, hygiene products and the like will always be needed. Often these needs are sold using single-use plastic packaging. However, without us realizing it, it is this packaging product that creates a hazard to our environment. Bulk Store is a wholesale store with a unique concept where, this store brings a zero waste lifestyle. A zero waste lifestyle is a lifestyle that evaluates more about things that are consumed by humans. It can be seen that among the Indonesian people, the population who cares the most about the environment is Generation Z. Wholesale stores that apply zero waste such as bulk stores also have competitive prices in the market. The feasibility study of the Roempah Bulk Store business plan was conducted to determine whether the bulk store business is feasible to run. In this study, a questionnaire was used to obtain primary data and secondary data obtained from articles and predecessor journals. The feasibility study is viewed from the market & marketing, technical & operational, legal & management, and financial aspects. It was found in the financial aspect that Roempah Bulk Store has an NPV value below 0 so the business is not feasible to run.
