Abstract

Two of the factors that seem could give impact to attract customer in making their buying decision is advertising and sales promotion, so the objective of this research is to find out Advertising and Sales promotion could have influence towards Customer Purchasing Decision especially in CV Pangan Kreasi Nusantara Medan. Customer purchasing decision is a decision-making process that begins with the identification of the problem, evaluates it and decides which product best suits your needs. Advertising is a paid media or form of non personal communicative persuasive presentation. Sales promotion is an attempt to disseminate or offer a product or service with the aim of attracting potential customers to buy it. In this research , the research design used is descriptive quantitative method with SPSS 25 application where the population size is 11652 and with Slovin formula, the sample size become 100 respondents. The research’s data analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this final research finds out advertising and sales promotion simultaneously and partially have influence towards purchasing decision of CV. Pangan Kreasi Nusantara. The dominant test result shows that sales promotion has bigger influence towards purchasing decision compared to the influence of advertising. Recommendation for company, improves advertisement based on lowest mean on indicator Interest, increase sales improves sales promotion based on lowest mean on indicator Accuracy or Suitability of promotion./ Dua faktor yang tampaknya memberikan pengaruh untuk menarik pelanggan dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian adalah periklanan dan promosi penjualan, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Iklan dan Promosi Penjualan dapat berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan khususnya di CV Pangan Kreasi Nusantara Medan. Keputusan pembelian pelanggan merupakan proses pengambilan keputusan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, mengevaluasinya dan memutuskan produk mana yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan Anda. Periklanan adalah media berbayar atau bentuk presentasi. Promosi penjualan adalah suatu usaha untuk menyebarluaskan atau menawarkan suatu produk atau jasa dengan tujuan untuk menarik calon konsumen untuk membelinya. promosi penjualan dapat berupa pemberian kupon, penjualan, kontes, pameran dan lain-lain. Dalam penelitian ini, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan aplikasi SPSS 25 dimana jumlah populasi adalah 11652 dan dengan rumus Slovin jumlah sampel menjadi 100 responden. Metode analisi data penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah menemukan periklanan dan promosi penjualan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian CV. Pangan Kreasi Nusantara. Hasil pengujian dominan menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan pengaruh periklanan. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan, meningkatkan iklan berdasarkan rata-rata terendah pada indikator Minat, meningkatkan penjualan meningkatkan promosi penjualan berdasarkan rata-rata terendah pada indikator Ketepatan atau Kesesuaian promosi.
