Abstract
Pasar obligasi berkembang menjadi salah satu sumber pendanaan eksternal perusahaan di Indonesia. Dilakukan pengujian pengaruh penerbitan obligasi ini sebagai manajemen pengelolaan risiko perubahan tingkat suku bunga pada non-perbankan yang telah memiliki kredit rating dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2000-2016. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran regresi, tidak ditemukan pengaruh penerbitan obligasi terhadap sensitivitas perusahaan akan perubahan tingkat suku bunga. Namun melalui pengukuran ini, ditemukan variabel firm size yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan atas eksposur perubahan tingkat suku bunga dalam perusahaan di Indonesia.
