Abstract

Pada saat penulis melakukan PPL 2, penulis menemukan permasalahan mengenai pembelajaran yang kurang kondusif seperti: siswa kurang menerapkan hand signal, adanya interupsi dan candaan yang spontan dari siswa, beberapa siswa kurang fokus dan memilih melakukan aktivitas lain seperti menari, dan terdapat siswa yang menjawab secara terus-menerus dan terlihat mendominasi kelas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya implementasi pengelolaan kelas dengan melaksanakan langkah-langkah pengelolaan kelas dengan sistematis untuk mengupayakan kelas yang kondusif. Guru yang menuntun pasti mengimplementasikan pengelolaan kelas untuk mengupayakan pembelajaran yang ideal, salah satunya dalam mengupayakan pembelajaran yang kondusif. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk menjelaskan implementasi pengelolaan kelas untuk mengupayakan pembelajaran tematik yang kondusif di sekolah X. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kajian literatur dan dokumen portofolio PPL 2. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, pembelajaran jauh lebih kondusif dibandingkan pembelajaran sebelumnya dengan implementasi pengelolaan kelas untuk mengupayakan pembelajaran Tematik yang kondusif yang dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah, yaitu: 1) Membuat perencanaan pembelajaran 2) Melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan perencanaan 3) Mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Melalui penulisan makalah ini, hendaknya guru dapat merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran secara intensional untuk mengupayakan pembelajaran yang kondusif khususnya pada mata pelajaran Tematik SD./When the author did PPL 2, the author found problems regarding learning that were not conducive such as: students did not apply hand signals, there were spontaneous interruptions and jokes from students, some students lacked focus and chose to do other activities such as dancing, and there were students who answered continuously and seemed to dominate the class. This shows that there is a need for the implementation of class management by implementing class management measures systematically to strive for a conducive class. The guiding teacher must implement classroom management to strive for ideal learning, one of which is in seeking conducive learning. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain the implementation of classroom management to strive for conducive thematic learning in school X. Methods used are descriptive qualitative by collecting data through literature review and PPL 2 portfolio documents. Based on the research that has been carried out, learning is much more conducive than previous learning with the implementation of classroom management to strive for conducive Thematic learning which is carried out with steps, namely: 1) Making learning plans 2) Implementing learning in accordance with planning 3) Evaluating the learning that has been implemented. Through the writing of this paper, teachers should be able to plan, implement and evaluate learning intentionally to strive for conducive learning, especially in elementary Thematic subjects.
