Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara job burnout, work stress, job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan tetap di Rumah Sakit Tiara Sella Bengkulu di Kota Bengkulu. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode sensus digunakan untuk meneliti semua populasi yang dijadikan sampel. Sebanyak 160 responden yang telah merespon kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitiannya diantaranya menunjukkan bahwa work stress dan job burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tiara Sella Bengkulu, work stress dan job burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tiara Sella Bengkulu, dan job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tiara Sella Bengkulu.
