Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi analisa hubungan antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, consumer attitudes, dan decision dalam berbelanja menggunakan Instagram Shop. Penelitian ini penggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang merupakan sebuah model yang mampu menganalisa faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi diterimanya suatu sistem atau sistem informasi. Akan ada 230 responden orang Jakarta yang terpilih sesuai gender, usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan penghasilan yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh technology acceptance model terhadap decision to shop online pada Instagram Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Jakarta yang berbelanja menggunakan Instagram Shop.
