Abstract

Jessica Margareth Sandira( 01011190261) ANALISA KUALITAS MAKANAN, KUALITAS LAYANAN,KUALITAS LINGKUGAN, HARGA, LOYALITAS DAN KEBAHAGIAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN BAKMI ALOWI ( 107 halaman, 4 gambar, 17 gambar dan 3 lampiran) Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan mengenai Food Quality, Service Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Perceived Price, Loyalty, Happiness dan Satisfaction pada Bakmi Alowi. Pada masa pandemi Bakmi Alowi dapat mampu bertahan dengan penjualan dengan layanan, kualitas makanan, kewajaran harga, loyalitas, service yang baik sehingga bisnis ini terus menerus berkembang. Pengerjaan yag dilakukan untuk penelitian yang saya lakukan ialah dari bulan september sampai dengan awal november 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pembagian google kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 300 responden yang dihitung melalui aplikasi Amos 24 dan Spss 26. Hasil penenelitain mengatakan ada hubungan positif antara Service Quality dengan Satisfaction, hubungan positif antara Physical Environment Quality kepada Satisfaction,Hubungan positif antara Perceived Price dengan Satisfactin, dan hubungan positif antara Satisfaction dengan Loyality dan Happiness. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Makanan, Kualitas Layanan,Kualitas Lingkugan, Harga, Loyalitas Dan Kebahagiaan
