Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja Perusahaan X di kota Cilegon sehingga pekerja dapat tetap sehat dan produktif dalam dapat menjaga kinerja perusahaan dengan optimal. Untuk memenuhi Pemberlakuan dari Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia, No. 88 Tahun 2019 tentang Kesehatan Kerja, maka perusahaan membenahi penyelenggaraan kesehatan kerja, dengan upaya meliputi, pencegahan penyakit, peningkatan kesehatan, penanganan penyakit, dan pemulihan kesehatan. Namun untuk memenuhi peraturan tersebut, perusahaan tidak dapat hanya mempersiapkan layanan kesehatan kerja secara internal, dan harus bekerjasama dengan layanan rumah sakit sebagai pemberi pelayanan lanjutan atau rujukan untuk penganganan penyakit (kuratif), dan pemulihan kesehatan (rehabilitatif), yang tidak dapat dilakukan pada pelayanan kesehatan kerja internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan kerja pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Narasumber perusahaan X adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kimia, dan berlokasi di kawasan industri Kota Cilegon. Kota Cilegon adalah salah satu kawasan industri terbesar di Indonesia, dan Asia Tenggara, yang juga menjadi pusat industri kimia dalam negeri. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada lima faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan kerja pada perusahaan X. Faktor-faktor yang memberikan pengaruh pada pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan kerja yang ditemuka meliputi kasus kecelakaan kerja, laporan kesehatan, cost benefit, fasilitas rumah sakit, dan kompetensi dokter. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan bagi pelayanan kesehatan kerja pada perusahaan, dan juga masukan bagi rumah sakit sebagai pemberi layanan kesehatan lanjutan bagi layanan kesehatan kerja. / The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the Utilization of Company X's Occupational Health Services in the city of Cilegon so that workers can remain healthy and productive in order to maintain optimal company performance. To comply with the implementation of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 88 of 2019 concerning Occupational Health, companies have improved the implementation of occupational health, with efforts including, disease prevention, health improvement, disease management, and health recovery. However, to comply with these regulations, companies cannot only prepare occupational health services internally, and must cooperate with hospital services as providers of advanced services or referrals for disease management (curative), and health recovery (rehabilitative), which cannot be done in the company's internal occupational health services. This study identified factors that affect the utilization of occupational health services in company X. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely interviews and observation. The object of this study is company X, one of the companies engaged in the chemical industry, and are located in the industrial area of Cilegon City. Cilegon City is one of the largest industrial areas in Indonesia, and Southeast Asia, which is also the center of the domestic chemical industry. The results of this study founds five main factors that affect the utilization of occupational health services in company X. Factors that influence the utilization of occupational health services includes work accidents cases, health reports, cost benefits, hospital facilities, and doctor’s competence. This study is expected to provide input for occupational health services in companies, and also input for hospitals as providers of advanced health services for occupational health services.
