Abstract
Generasi milenial adalah sebagai generasi yang mendominasi dunia pekerjaan, dan yang akan meningkatkan kemajuan bangsa dan negara, ada baiknya untuk dapat mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja generasi milenial. Penelitian ini berfokuskan pada kepuasan kerja generasi milenial memalui budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 dengan menguji asumsi klasik untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian dengan regresi linear. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa semua variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan variabel lingkungan kerja yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar. Implikasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi generasi lainnya ataupun industry pekerjaan dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja terkait dalam budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja menjadi penting untuk dipelajari dalam perilaku suatu organisasi karena akan memperlihatkan pentingkan tingkat kinerja dan komitmen dari seseorang terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya. Kata kunci: Generasi milenial, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja. / Millennial generation is the generation that dominates the world of work, and who will improve the progress of the nation and state, it's good to be able to know what affects the job satisfaction of the millennial generation. This research focuses on millennial generation job satisfaction through organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment. This study uses SPSS 25 software by testing classical assumptions to test research hypotheses with linear regression. The results reveal that all variables have an influence on job satisfaction with the work environment variable having the greatest influence. The implications of the research conducted can be considered for other generations or the work industry in creating job satisfaction related to organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction is important to study in the behavior of an organization because it will show the importance of the level of performance and commitment of a person to the work he does.
