Abstract
Tokopedia adalah E-commerce atau tempat untuk berbelanja online yang berdiri pada 2009 dan berkembang sangat pesar dalam persaingan e-commerce di Indonesia. Saat ini competitor yang dimiliki Tokopedia di Indonesia sudah sangatlah banyak dan persaingan yang begitu ketat memberikan banyak persaingan persaingan.
