Teacher's role in primary students' discipline.

Abstract
Discipline is one of the good values in life. People believed discipline can bring self-regulation toward behavior. Discipline is a long process so discipline should start to train since childhood. Discipline can be trained through the repetition of an activity. Discipline is an important thing in the classroom. Discipline creates a conducive learning process, but the reality is students do not have discipline behavior by disobeying the classroom rules and procedures. Rules and procedures help the student become a discipline and decrease the misbehavior in the classroom. Good rules and procedures are needed to reach a good learning process. By discipline behavior students able to work efficiently and save more time. The teacher’s role also cannot be separated from the implementing rules and procedures in the classroom. Therefore, this paper is written to describe the teacher’s role in student’s discipline by classroom rules and procedures. By establishing the specific rules and procedures the teacher helps students become more disciplined. The students’ discipline behavior will create a conducive and effective learning process. It is suggested to the school to give supervision and provide personal development for the teacher to establish and implement the classroom rules and procedures. It is suggested also for the teacher to establish the specific rules and procedures.
