Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Peneliti menemukan bahwa di kelas V salah satu Sekolah Kristen di Palopo menunjukkan sikap tidak disiplin pada saat proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Siswa cenderung tidak taat terhadap aturan dan prosedur yang berlaku di dalam kelas. Peneliti menerapkan konsekuensi untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas V di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Palopo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Robert P. Pelton yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 penerapan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa-siswi kelas V di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Palopo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 12 September 2018 – – 28 September 2018. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RPP, umpan ballik mentor, jurnal refleksi, dan pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsekuensi dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Rata-rata kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada prapenerapan mencapai presentase 49,1%, penerapan 1 mencapai presentase 76,8%, dan penerapan 2 mencapai presentase 82,4%. Langkah-langkah penerapan konsekuensi adalah 1) menentukan aturan, prosedur, dan konsekuensi, 2) memberikan konsekuensi sesuai perilaku siswa./ Discipline is one of the important factors in the learning process. Based on the results of observations on problem identification the researcher found that in V class at one of the Christian Schools in Palopo showed an undisciplined attitude during the learning process in the classroom. Students tend to disobey the rules and procedures that apply in the classroom. This causes make the classroom atmosphere not conducive so the learning becomes ineffective. Therefore, the researcher applied the consequences to improve the discipline of V class students at one of the Christian schools in Palopo. The research method that used in this study was Robert P. Pelton's Class Action Research (CAR) model which was implemented in 2 applications. The subjects of this study were 18 attachment V class students at one of the Christian schools in Palopo, which was held on September 12, 2018 - September 28, 2018. The instruments used in this study were lesson plans, feedback mentor, journal reflection, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the application of consequences can improve student discipline. The average student learning discipline in pre-implementati is 49,1%, first implementation is 76,8%, and second implementation is 82,4%. The steps for applying consequences are 1) determining the rules, procedures, and consequences, 2) giving consequences according to the behavior of students.
