Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan, ditemukan siswa kurang berperilaku positif pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Kurangnya perilaku positif yang dimaksud ialah siswa tidak menaati prosedur yang ada, berbicara tanpa dipersilahkan dan tidak memerhatikan orang yang sedang berbicara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan perilaku positif siswa melalui penerapan prosedur kelas. Di awal pelaksanaan tindakan, peneliti membuat kesepakatan dengan siswa tentang prosedur dan penghargaan atas perilaku positif siswa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) model Pelton. Terdapat lima langkah menurut PTK Pelton yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan dan hasil penilaian. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali tindakan dengan 27 siswa yang dilibatkan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi ceklis dan angket. Hasil dari dua kali tindakan menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu persentase siswa berperilaku positif berdasarkan angket siswa sebesar 37,03% siswa berperilaku positif meningkat menjadi 92,59% siswa berperilaku positif. Persentase siswa berperilaku positif berdasarkan observasi mentor menunjukkan 74, 07% siswa berperilaku positif meningkat menjadi 100% siswa berperilaku positif. Dari penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan prosedur kelas dapat meningkatkan perilaku positif siswa jika diterapkan dengan konsisten. / Based on the observations conducted, it is found that students are not behaving positively during studying process. Lack of positive behavior such as, students not obeying class procedures, speak without permission, and not listening to someone else speaking. The purpose of this research is to increase students’ positive behaviors through the application of class treatment. In the beginning of observation process, observant made an agreement with observation objects in terms of following procedures and rewarding of positive behavior. The kind of conducted observation was, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Treatment Observation) Pelton’s model. There are five steps (Class Treatment Observation) Pelton’s model: Issue Identification, data collection, action planning, plan activation and outcomes assesment. The observation was conducted twice with 27 students involved. The instruments used was, observation checklist and questionnaire. The result of both treatments shows positive behavior persentage of students’ questionnaire increased from 37, 03% to 92.59% of students behaving positively. Positive behavior persentage of mentor’s observation increased from 74, 07% to 100% of students behaving positively. From this observation, observant conclude that applying class procedures can increase positive behavior of students if done consistently.
