Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi guru peneliti yang menyatakan rendahnya kerja sama siswa kelas VA SDK Ora et Labora Tangerang. Asumsi akan rendahnya kerja sama siswa disebabkan karena beberapa siswa lebih memilih belajar sendiri sehingga tidak mau berbaur dengan yang lain, adanya siswa yang mendominasi dalam kelompok, dan siswa belum menunjukkan sikap kompak dalam kelompok. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti memutuskan untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Pelton dan dilakukan selama dua kali penerapan tindakan. Pelaksanaan tindakan dimulai pada tanggal 8 Oktober dan 10 Oktober 2018 yang melibatkan 21 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi (umpan balik mentor), lembar wawancara, lembar ceklis dan jurnal refleksi yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan tabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian data yang diperoleh pada penerapan tindakan II pada indikator 1 sebesar 100%, indikator 2 sebesar 100%, indikator 3 sebesar 95%, dan indikator 4 sebesar 95%. Guru peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray mampu meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas VA SDK Ora el Labora Tangerang./ This research is based on the result of researcher observation it shows that students of grade VA in Ora et Labora Primary school in Tangerang had low rate of cooperation. This can be assumed as some students chose to learn individually, some of students were dominant compared to others in the group, and the cooperation within the groups was not solid. To solve the problem, researcher decide to use cooperative learning model type of Two Stay Two Stray to increase students’ cooperation. The method used in this research was classroom Action Research (CAR), Robert P. Pelton model. It was applied twice, started from October 8th and 10th 2018 involving 21 students as the subject. The instruments collecting data were observation sheet (feedback), mentors interview sheet, analyzed using descriptive technic and tables. The analysis result shows that the increase happened for each indicator (indicator 1: 100%, indicator 2: 100%, indicator 3: 95%, and indicator 4: 95%) of students’ cooperation. Reseacher concluded that cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray can improve students’ cooperation of grade VA in Ora et Labora Primary School in Tangerang.
